Both labels are distributed around the world by a network of the best independent sub publishers.

Licensing for UK productions is where the two labels differ:  

• Hitpoint is licensed via MCPS.

• Gold Top is a so-called non-MCPS catalogue.

Hitpoint

Hitpoint is an MCPS Production Music library. All UK music clearance must be made via MCPS.

Gold Top

In the UK, Gold Top is pre-cleared for unlimited use on all broadcast TV productions, with no licence or sync fee to pay.

We are a non-MCPS production music label.

Gold Top has blanket licences with major UK TV broadcasters including BBC, Channel 4 and Sky.
We also have direct licences in place with many independent production companies.
